Brendan Dawes | Boids, Cornu and Core image
Brendan Dawes is the creative director of magneticNorth and the author of "Drag Slide Fade - Flash Actionscript for Designers". You can check him out on his website . Here are a series of his experiments in NodeBox. Brendan has created a wonderful pipeline between the Boids, Cornu and Core Image libraries.
The flight pattern of a flock of boids is mapped to fluid Cornu-curves and then rotated, blended and scaled as pixel data. Go Brendan go!
